These terms describe use of our storefront and the placement of orders through it. Read the product information and the linked shipping, refund, payment, and privacy pages before purchasing. Any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law remain in place.

Using the storefront responsibly

Use this website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must be authorized to make the purchase and use the chosen payment method. Do not interfere with site operation, seek unauthorized access, misuse another person's information, or submit harmful or misleading content.

Product information and selection

Descriptions identify the relevant capacities, materials, flavors, and included items. Check the exact option selected because kit contents and bottle-only offerings may differ. Display settings can affect the appearance of colors, but this does not excuse a material difference between goods and their description.

Information can occasionally contain an error or become outdated. If a significant error affects an order, we will address it with you as appropriate and in accordance with applicable rights; we do not use a general error statement to remove remedies for misdescribed goods.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. Receipt of the order or payment authorization does not by itself guarantee that every item is available. Acceptance and fulfillment remain subject to confirmation, availability, and successful payment checks. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will communicate the issue and handle any payment as applicable.

Prices are stated in USD. Review the checkout total for the item price, shipping charge, and applicable taxes. The Payment Policy explains payment authorization and account-related issues.

Delivery and problems with goods

The Shipping Policy sets out preparation and transit estimates. Supply a complete, accurate address and promptly report delivery discrepancies. Estimates can be affected by events outside normal fulfillment, but applicable consumer protections and our responsibilities continue to apply.

Our Refund Policy explains the 30-calendar-day request period after delivery for qualifying problem items, prior return approval, replacement availability, and processing approved refunds within 10 calendar days. It also explains the limits on voluntary change-of-mind returns.

Content and intellectual property

Site text, images, trademarks, and other materials may belong to their respective owners or licensors. Viewing the store does not transfer ownership or authorize commercial reproduction of protected material. Product brand references identify the goods and do not, by themselves, establish an official brand affiliation.

Legal boundaries and updates

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unlawful misuse of the site or failures attributable to matters for which the law does not make us responsible. Nothing here excludes liability, warranties, or remedies that the law requires us to retain, including non-excludable consumer rights.
